1. Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern your use of Reverie, operated by Fluid Bloom Media LLC. You must be at least 18 years old to use Reverie. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Fictional AI entertainment

Reverie provides fictional AI-generated character conversations, calls, voices, images, and stories for entertainment. Characters are not people, do not have consciousness, and may produce inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected output. Reverie is not medical, legal, financial, crisis, or professional advice.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Reverie to create or request illegal content; sexual content involving minors or age-ambiguous people; exploitation, trafficking, or non-consensual sexual content; instructions for serious wrongdoing; targeted harassment of real people; or content that violates another person’s rights. Reverie may moderate requests, limit features, remove content, or suspend access when needed to operate the service safely.

4. Your content

You retain rights you have in prompts, character concepts, and other content you submit. You grant Fluid Bloom Media LLC a limited license to transmit, process, display, and store that content only as needed to provide, secure, moderate, support, and improve the operation of Reverie. You are responsible for having the rights to content you upload.

5. Reverie+

Reverie+ is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple. The app displays the current localized price, duration, introductory offer eligibility, and included features before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when confirmed. The subscription renews unless canceled through Apple at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it in iOS Settings and use Restore Purchases inside Reverie. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s policies.

6. Availability and limits

Free and paid plans may include reasonable limits on messages, images, calls, voice, memory, or other expensive services. Current limits should be shown in the app. Features may change as models, providers, safety requirements, or operating costs change. We will not intentionally remove an active paid entitlement without providing the access or remedy required by applicable law and Apple’s rules.

7. Account deletion and suspension

You may delete your account in Me → Delete account. We may suspend access for material or repeated violations, fraud, abuse, attacks on the service, or legal requirements. Subscription cancellation is managed separately through Apple.

8. Disclaimers and responsibility

Reverie is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. AI output and third-party services may be delayed, unavailable, or incorrect. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes and contact
